Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all contracts concluded via the website newingermany.de between the website operator and purchasers.

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed when the payment provider (Mollie) confirms the payment.

All prices are in euro and include the applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Mollie (for example PayPal, bank card, Klarna, SEPA).

After the payment is confirmed you will receive a download link by email. The link is personal and may not be passed on to third parties.

The product is provided in the language of the version you purchased.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for digital content supplied with immediate performance (§ 356 (5) BGB). Details are set out on the withdrawal notice page.

You receive a simple licence for personal use. Reselling, publishing or distributing the content, or passing it on to third parties, is not permitted.

The content is provided for general information and does not replace individual professional advice. We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for breach of the essential obligations of the contract.

German law applies, subject to the provisions of conflict of laws. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.
