Withdrawal notice

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (for example by email) before the deadline expires.

For digital content supplied with immediate performance, the right of withdrawal ceases if you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB).

This is why we ask for your express consent before completing a purchase.

If you withdraw, you may use the following statement (it is not compulsory):

— Addressee: [name and address of the operator]. I hereby confirm that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following digital content: [product name]. Ordered on: [date]. Name of consumer: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature (only for written notice): [signature].

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we refund all payments received using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your statement.
